GENERAL TERMS

> I don't work with: NSFW, mecha and furry> The artist has the right to refuse, cancel, and refund commissions at any time.> The final product is strictly for personal non-commercial use. Commercial rights must be acquired.> Always credit or link the artist when posting the artwork online.> The artist will be able to exhibit the final art, post it or use it in their portfolio.> The artist will be able to record and record the process of creating the commission, unless the client requests otherwise.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

> Respond clearly when feedback is requested.>Taking responsibility for failing to provide information during the commission process.> Pay the rate of the choosed payment method.(6,6% for PayPal)

PROGRESS

> The final files will be delivered to a Google Grive folder (in PNG and PSD).> After completion and delivery, the client may request up to two reactions in the final art, not including errors made by the artist.
> Commissions can be paid 100% in advance, or 50% in advance and 50% after completion (before the files are delivered).
> A Design Fee will be charged if there are no reference images, vague references, or if there is any aspect of the omission that must be developed by the artist.> A 25% fee will be applied for private commissions or NDA, as well as for the removal of the watermark. This does not qualify the commission for commercial use, so it cannot be used as such.> A general or fixed timeline can be indicated by the client during the negotiation of the commission.

DEADLINES

> In cases of deadline changes or personal unforeseen events, the client will be constantly informed about the status of the commission.> A very tight deadline may be subject to a priority fee.> Commission can be 100% refunded up to 3 days after payment is received. After this period, with no progress made in the commission, a refund with a reduction of 5% may be requested.(if there is progress, the refund will be consistent with the progress made)

USAGE POLICY AND COMERCIAL USE

You can use and change the
commission in the following ways:

> Crop: To use as an icon or banner on social networks (with visible credits to the artist).
>Print for personal use.
Will not be allowed:
> Using personal art for profit
> Recolor or paint over.
> Remove my signature/watermark.
COMMERCIAL USECommercial use means that the commissioned artwork will be used to generate profit. You may discuss and purchase the commercial or full rights to the commissioned artwork
